Subject	Rear Tail Center Panel...Cleaning?

Message	Hey guys. I have a little problem. My Z ('91TT) had this ugly dirt in behind the reverse lights in the center panel since i got it. Question is, how tough will this be to clean? I read the FAQ for the EL panel install and it looks tough. Should I try and rip it open, or should i just get a whole new panel? Thanks for the help guys.
